Please note that for your privacy and security we do not store Credit Card details following any transactions or purchases from our store online or purchases made onsite.

Contract, Payment and Delivery
Orders will be accepted by Commercial Roadskills Limited, for delivery in New Zealand only. Payment is to be made in NZ currency. Any contract arising from this site is governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Product Availability
Products may be added to or removed from the website from time to time. While we do not accept liability for any loss arising, every effort will be made to keep the information up to date and accurate.
Pricing
All prices in the shopping areas are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and are GST exclusive. The GST (15% sales tax) and freight charges are added later at the checkout area and payment section of the online shop. Prices may increase or decrease from time to time. Prices shown at the time of purchase are the prices you will pay. You must pay by Mastercard or Visa.
Purchasing
Products displayed on the Commercial Roadskills Limited shopping site can be purchased using secure Online merchant services in combination with DPS Payment Express. DPS is our e-commerce solution; DPS is one of New Zealand’s largest e-commerce gateway providers, providing you secure transaction processing for Visa and Mastercard. Your transaction and credit card details are not entered or recorded on our Web Site, you will be seamlessly transferred to the DPS encrypted secure service to enter your Credit Card details for processing. Once we receive confirmation that your transaction has been approved, we will then process your order and ship goods or confirm your place on the course whichever applies to your purchase.
Payment
Commercial Roadskills Limited is associated with DPS, New Zealandʼs largest and most preferred payment gateway provider. Commercial Roadskills Limited do not collect or store any credit card information. This information is all processed by DPS. When making a purchase you will be directed to a secure webpage hosted by DPS to enter your payment details.
Payment Policy
Payment for courses must be received before the start of a course unless you have an account with us or have pre-arranged an alternative. Account customers are bound by the terms of account ie 7 day account is due within 7 days of the invoice date, monthly account is due on or before the 20th of the month following invoice date.
Registering (Login)
You will be asked to register as a member of Commercial Roadskills Limited. Apart from the many member benefits, including receiving regular emails containing special deals, your shopping address details will be filed, saving you the effort of entering these details each time you checkout. As a registered customer we will send you emails and updates from time to time to inform you of new ranges, special offers and discounts. Please note, you are able to unsubscribe from our email updates at any time.
Payment Security
We use the secure Hosted Payment page solution from DPS to process online orders. Customers can see their cards being authorized and debited in real time, all in an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) environment. DPS is committed to protecting the security of your data.
Delivery
The Commercial Roadskills delivery service is prompt and efficient and we have identified a range of best value courier, freight and postal services from which we chose. We ship all our online orders by courier and endeavour to deliver within (1-3 working days Monday to Friday) We can only deliver to a physical address, not a PO Box, Hotel, Motel or Care Of (c/-) address. Delivery charges will be added to each order and shown as a separate item before you chose to enter your payment details and send the order to be processed. A faster delivery service may be available by request (subject to availability) but at an extra cost. Please contact us by phone if this is an option you are interested in. Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 10 days of order, as tracking beyond this time is not practical. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.
Title and Risk
Goods are at our risk until delivered to the address given for your purchase.
Refunds & Returns Policy
Please choose carefully as we do not fully refund if you change your mind.
For Courses;
No fees are charged to change a booking more than 48hrs before the start of the course. A 5% cancellation fee will apply to bookings that are cancelled more than 48hrs before the start of the course. A 15% cancellation fee will be charged for bookings that are cancelled or changed within 48hrs of the start of the course Once a course has commenced there are no refunds available unless you cannot complete a course through extenuating circumstances beyond either of our control, then, partial refunds may be available however these are strictly calculated on a case by case basis and are at Commercial Roadskills Ltd sole discretion
For Goods;
If you discover any defect in your product, you may return the item you purchase in new condition for a replacement within 30 days of delivery. When replacements are not available we may, at our discretion, provide a complete refund. We’ll notify you via e-mail of the status of the replacement or refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase after we have received your return. Freight will be refunded where the product is faulty or arrived damaged.
Warranties
Under our guarantee, faulty items that meet our conditions of care and use will be repaired, replaced or a refund will be issued at Commercial Roadskills Limited discretion. Commercial Roadskills Limited will repair or replace any goods, which fail to comply with Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Where the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply, these terms will be read subject to the application of that Act, and in the case of any conflict, the provisions of that Act will apply. Please note that the guarantee does not cover faults arising from: • Normal wear and tear • Accidental damage or mistreatment Claims for non-delivery must be made within 10 days of order, as tracking beyond this time is not practical. Limitation of Liability
Commercial Roadskills Limited are not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or loss of profit arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the products on this site. This includes but is not limited to the loss of data or loss of profit, even if Commercial Roadskills Limited was advised of the possibility of such damages.

For complaints about Commercial Roadskills Ltd or one of our staff raise it with the tutor/staff member concerned or email us at admin@roadskills.co.nz, If it is not resolved, contact the General Manager – 09 919 2711. If you are still dissatisfied and it is regarding an NZQA course the you can contact directly the relevant ITO, NSB or Advisory Group
Appeals Procedures
If you are unhappy with any aspect of the training / assessment process firstly discuss this with your trainer / assessor, if there is no resolve then discuss concerns with Commercial Roadskills Ltd General Manager 09 919 2700 or contact admin@roadskills.co.nz, If you are still dissatisfied and it is regarding an NZQA course the you can contact directly the relevant ITO, NSB or Advisory Group.
Use of the Web Store Service by You
Your right to use the Web Store Service is personal to you. You may not authorise others to use the Service, and you are responsible for all of your own use of the Web Store Service. You may not download, modify, transmit, or otherwise use any material from the Web Store Service for public or commercial purposes.
