The training modules we have created are designed to work hand in hand with our current training courses, minimise the time needed for candidates to be out of work and ensure best possible upskilling. We believe to ensure the best results there is still some time needed in class so candidates can get answers to those tricky questions for the complex parts of our unique industry, however candidates come prepared (and of course we can track if and when they did their homework!) – efficiency and results for all of us!
